Bookings

Clients are kindly requested to make an online payment within 2 hours of booking the appointment. (Your appointment will be confirmed after payment is recieved).

Cancellations

24 Hours notice is required for booking cancellations.

Late Cancellations

Giving less than 24 hours notice will incur £20 fee for late cancellations.

Less than 2 hours notice, or no show will incur the full booking fee being retained.

Late arrivals

Please arrive 15 mins early for first appointment for a free consultation and 5mins early for your regular appointment. Please be aware that if you arrive late the time will be taken from your treatment.
