24hrs cancellation policy

One reschedule per appointment only, and if an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 2hrs before the appointment, or the client does not show up to the appointment, the full fee is being retained.

Packages expire 2 months from purchase date

£20 fee apply for cancelation/reschedule in less than 24hrs or more than one reschedule.
